Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create on Jahaz (trips, notes, photos). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services.
Don't upload content that infringes on others' rights, is illegal, or violates these Terms.

Jahaz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that recommendations will meet your expectations, that places will be open when you visit, or that information will always be accurate. Travel involves inherent risks - please exercise judgment and verify important details independently.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jahaz and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

Termination
